Key Responsibility

  • Build and manage targeted prospect lists using Apollo and other lead sources.
  • Verify email addresses using MillionVerifier to maintain high deliverability.
  • Create and manage automated outreach campaigns in Smartlead AI.
  • Personalise cold email campaigns using AI and prospect research.
  • Monitor campaign performance, reply rates, and deliverability metrics.
  • Qualify positive responses and book meetings for the sales team.
  • Update and maintain accurate records within Zoho CRM.
  • Manage automated workflows and integrations using Make.com.
  • Optimise campaign performance through A/B testing and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain sender reputation, domain health, and email best practices.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies.
  • Consistently achieve weekly outreach, reply, and appointment targets.
